Deposit/ Cancellation/ Refund Policy

15 min grace period.
Client must pay deposit to secure appointment time.
100% Deposit will be fore fitted if client cancels w/o 24 hour notice.
100% Deposit will be returned if a stylist is more than 15 min late and/or cancels on client.
50% Deposit will be returned if client cancels with proper 24 hour notice.
NO DEPOSIT NO APPOINTMENT!
